Buttercup, a TB filly,
arrived on May 7th, 2008 when she was about 3 weeks old. She is
what is known as a nurse mare foal. Click

Buttercup made friends right away with a colt her age that was also an
orphan foal -- Golden Boy, aka Sand Storm -- but he found a great home.
Buttercup is like a sister to Aaleyah Belle, another foal here that is
about her age that was going to be shot right after birth.

Sue, has accepted Buttercup and treats her as her own. This
is very good because we believe all babies need a mom to teach them how
to be a horse.
Buttercup is very people friendly and loves attention. She is a
very nice mover, her conformation is awesome, and her disposition is
wonderful. She will make someone a very nice horse -- she will
offer lots of abilities. Buttercup is available only to a home
that uses natural horsemanship training methods.
